Take time to appreciate the beauty of Nature.
Immerse yourself in Nature. Visit a forest, a park, the seaside, your garden – whatever appeals to you. Sit down in a comfortable spot. Really focus on the surrounding plants, flowers or other natural objects. Then focus on one living thing in particular – a tree, a flower or a leaf. Get up close and really notice the details. Try and sense the energy of this living thing – feel a connection. Spend some time enjoying yourself in the beauty that surrounds you.
Afterwards spend the remainder of the day quietly. Do without the TV, internet, mobile phone or radio. Just notice your mood and emotions. How do you feel ? Compare that to how you feel after being in a supermarket or a shopping mall.
